Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, shipping rates, and delivery expectations.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping to customers in Canada and internationally. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at admin@samarser.com for assistance.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within two business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

  • Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days – $15.00 to $25.00

International Shipping

  • Standard International: 14-21 business days – $35.00 to $45.00

Shipping costs vary based on the destination, shipping method, and total weight of your order. The final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply based on the destination country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

6. Shipping Delays & Issues

While we strive to deliver your order promptly, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or carrier delays may impact delivery times. If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us at admin@samarser.com.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days with photos of the damage, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
